RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Thanks for choosing an item from Dave Dalby Woodturning.
If you change your mind or simply don't like your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The products must be undamaged and unused and the customer will pay for return postage. This offer does not apply to bespoke items made to clients' specifications.
All refunds will be paid by using the original payment method.
Upon receiving larger orders containing multiple packages, please sign for the number of packages detailed on the despatch notes. Any missing packages must be reported to us immediately. Please open and check the contents as soon as possible and report any damaged/missing items.
Faulty items and items damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible. Any such damage or fault must be reported within three days of receipt. We may ask for photographic proof of any damage.
Re-stocking spindles: If you have a surplus of spindles on completion of a handrailing project we will buy them back at 80% of the initial price. Such spindles must be unused and undamaged and the customer will pay for the return postage.

. If wooden items are to be stored for any period prior to installation, please store as close as possible to the area of final use. Do not store wooden items close to a heat source or in cold/damp conditions.
Timber is a wonderfully varied, natural product and knots and colour variations are part of its charm and are not considered as faults.
